New year, new season , new match... Rockerzzz was back after a month's break....

Team A: Tanzeel (c), Rehan, Buland, Afzal, Iqbal, Afaque, Ameen and Afnan

Team B: Reyaz (c), Sumit, Afsal, Imtiaz, Mehran, Farooq, Tausif, Naushad  and Anjani

1st match: Team B set the target of 88 in 10 overs, Team A fell short by 1 run

Highlights from the match

 - Sumit along with Afsal, Reyaz and Anjani took Team B to above par score

 - Afaque bowled superbly at the start of the inning. Team B accelerated towards the end of the inning

 - Imtiaz for Team B bowled very well for his team, giving away no room for batsman to hit

 - Team  A was doing well. They needed 30 runs in 24 balls when bowlers Sumit and Afsal pulled the macth back into Team B's favor

 - In the last over Team A needed 18 runs, Mehran bowled, Tanzeel the well set batsman scored a six off the first ball but couldn't score much after that, his team falling short of just 1 run

2nd match: Team B set the target of 126 in 10 overs, Team A could only score 103

Highlights from the match

 - Afsal simply marauded the opening bowlers of Team A. Afaque and Buland was at the receiving end. He scored briskly and brutally massacred 50 runs in the first 3 overs and around 75 runs in 5 overs

 - Rehan and Tanzeel pulled things back and controlled the innings a bit in the later part of the innings

 - Rehan took 3 wickets in one of his overs

 - Team A's chase never took off. Batsman went and came...and nobody played their part

 - It was only towards the end of the inning when Tanzeel tried to accelerate but in vain

Fun facts
